Carol Strauss

Born in Auxvasse, Missouri, Ms. Strauss currently resides in southern Maryland. Ms. Strauss holds a B.S. degree in Business/Accounting from William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri. Ms. Strauss has been a licensed Realtor in the state of Maryland since 1995.

Ms. Strauss has been active in the sale and acquisition of HUD and VA foreclosure homes, estate properties and is currently a licensed Maryland Appraiser Trainee. Ms. Strauss holds an SRES (Senior Real Estate Salesperson) designation as well as having experience in Senior Assisted Living home sales and leasing. Besides traditional real estate sales and leasing, Ms. Strauss has extensive experience in investor sales and purchases.
